Employment Support
& Innovation
We work on a one-to-one basis with individuals to provide specific support and intervention, helping hard-to-reach people move into employment and fulfilment through innovative approaches.
Innovative, Personalised Employment Intervention
CLATC has been highly successful in developing people with difficulties and moving hard-to-reach people into employment and fulfilment, including volunteering opportunities. Our core competency centres on addressing employment intervention in new and innovative ways.
With additional funding, we hope to assist over 200 people a year to move into jobs by scaling up this initiative across East London.
