Our core competency lies in running training and development programmes in innovative ways for local people and organisations to tackle unemployment in East London.
Innovative Training for Real-World Impact
Over the last year we have run 10 training workshops that have supported over 100 people from various backgrounds. Most of this training was subcontracted to us by another organisation — demonstrating the trust placed in our delivery model.
It is our hope to develop the organisation to begin to provide this niche training directly to other organisations and individuals. We have also run courses where we charge a minimal fee, ensuring access for all.

What We Teach
Our training covers a wide range of topics designed to help unemployed individuals start, grow, and sustain their own livelihood.
In-Person Workshops
Held in churches, community centres, and youth centres across East London. Practical, hands-on sessions with expert facilitators.
Flexible Scheduling
Sessions designed to fit around the lives of unemployed people. Daytime, evening, and weekend options available.
Free & Funded Access
Most programmes are free or funded, with minimal fees for some specialist courses. No barriers to participation.
Subcontracted Delivery
We deliver training subcontracted by other organisations, demonstrating our recognised expertise in community education.
Measurable Outcomes
Every participant's progress is tracked. We measure aspirations improved, skills gained, and employment outcomes achieved.
Scaling Direct Delivery
We are developing our capacity to deliver niche training directly to organisations and individuals across East London.
